Jilly’s Boutique offers Free Standard Shipping within Canada on orders over $150 before tax. A flat rate of $15 is charged on any order under $150.
Currently we only ship within Canada and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can your order be picked up in store? Absolutely!! We offer in store and curbside pick up! Just use the "in store pickup" option when you check out!
Return & Exchange Policy
In Store Policy:
Jilly´s Boutique will accept, gifts and home goods items back in their original condition, clothes un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within seven days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Art work may be returned for full refund within 48hrs, in its original condition. Earrings, food, bath and beauty, seasonal and all discounted items are all FINAL SALE. Christmas gifts, accompanied with a gift receipt, may be exchanged for equal value within 14 days after Christmas. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Jilly´s Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Customers who shop through our online store engage in an internet shopping experience where they are neither able to feel or try on the items until after their purchases have been made. Therefore, in the event that online customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, we’re happy to accept their returns for the credit of their choice - full refund, store credit, or exchange. Jilly’s Boutique will only accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached, and a sales receipt. Jilly’s Boutique accepts returns only that have been approved by a member of our staff.
Earrings, bath and beauty, seasonal and all discounted items are all FINAL SALE. Shipping, both original and return, and handling costs are non-refundable.
How to return an online item:
1. Please email us your request for return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) form and associating RA number. Print this email and include it with your return package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be made via e-mail.

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. We must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Jilly’s Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. Please note that neither Jilly´s Boutique will not accept any packages that are sent COD.
4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
